Clicking one of the logos leads you not to the sponsor whose logo you clicked, but to the Web site of the application providing the rotating slide functionality:
Or certain slides show a filename instead of an image, and then the application stops rotating them:
That’s Firefox and related browsers. In IE, apparently, it just displays a blank slide and goes on:
